New Roads Logistics is hiring experienced CDL truck drivers at the Port of Miami, FL. Join a growing, driver-supported drayage team hauling containers out of PortMiami.

• Well-maintained fleet (2018–2019 trucks, 2026 chassis)

• Automatic and manual (stick shift) trucks available

Requirements

• Valid CDL
• Minimum 2 years driving experience
• TWIC card required (we can help new hires get one)
• Able to drive manual and automatic transmissions
• Available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) when needed
• Responsible, with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

Transport container loads safely, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, comply with DOT regulations, and keep effective communication with dispatch.

Work Environment

Local container drayage — all loads originate at PortMiami or Port Everglades and deliver within South Florida. Home daily. No over-the-road or long-haul routes. Bilingual dispatch team supports drivers in English and Spanish.
